Step 1: Registration/ In-Home Consultation
or Telephone Interview
If interested in pursuing a Nanny to care for your children,
we ask that you please download the Registration
Form and Placement Agreement from our website. Upon receiving
your completed Registration Form and Placement Agreement,
Child Care Professionals will contact you to arrange either
a telephone or an in-home interview to insure we have an
accurate understanding of your child care needs, as well
as to share a synopsis of:
- Current Market conditions
- Provider Salary and Benefits ranges
- Tax and Labor laws
- Hiring Guidelines
Step 2: Interview Process
As we identify providers compatible with your needs, Child
Care professionals will forward provider information to
you. Each electronic folder includes the provider’s
profile, criminal and driving record reports, and personal
and employment references. After reviewing the provider’s
information, you are free to contact those providers whom
you believe may be the best fit for your family. Following
a telephone screening, you are welcome to invite providers
of your choice to your home for an in person interview,
and to see how they interact with your family. This will
allow you the opportunity to become better acquainted with
the provider and to gain a clearer understanding of how
she might perform with your family.
Step 3: Offer of Employment
Following a successful interview, you have the option of
extending an offer of employment or you may choose to continue
reviewing additional candidates. We encourage families
to continually communicate with our office to share characteristics
or providers they like, or perhaps dislike.
Once you decide to extend an offer to a
candidate, Child Care Professionals will provide you a work
agreement which we encourage you to complete with your new
provider. This document will become the foundation for a
smooth and successful working relationship between you and
your new nanny.
Ongoing Support
Child Care Professionals is committed to providing families
a superior level of service both during the search process
and after. CCP families enjoy the security of knowing we
are there to provide immediate assistance at any time during
the employment relationship.
